LAND ACQUISITION AND BUILD TO SUIT:
This +/- 6.28 acres of Light Industrial (LI) zoned ground in Millersburg became the new home of Pratum Co-op.
This newly constructed facility will be used for fertilizer storage, mixing, blending and packaging of Agricultural and fertilizer related products. The new building has professional office space, warehouse and distribution space, truck loading area, fenced and gated outdoor storage yard area and fuel depot. The operation will have approximately 10 full-time employees and will use part-time workers as needed.
